Anaïck Crozon is a Devon based emerging artist. A photographer turned painter whose works inspired by her South American heritage are quickly gaining momentum. I predict BIG things for her and am pinching myself that I am one of the first to represent her and her stunning paintings.

It was a joy to visit her beautiful home studio and collect six paintings to share with my art loving followers on Instagram. These thoughtful, meaningful paintings represent the blended modern identities of South American indigenous people.

A trained photographer and self-taught painter, Anaïck Crozon possesses a unique creative perspective informed by a global upbringing. Born in Paraguay and raised across Argentina, China, and France, her diverse cultural background deeply influences her artistic sensitivity toward people and their environments.

Based in her Devon studio, Anaïck Crozon has been painting since early 2025. Her self-taught approach is deeply intuitive, often channeling the landscapes of her South American childhood and a profound environmental connection. Moving seamlessly between photography and painting, she remains focused on how light and pigment can capture the essence of memory.

I love how she paints in many layers to achieve a real depth and tactile nature to her work. As you might expect from a photographer turned painter, her composition is meticulous and her colour palette shows real sophistication. These paintings are a meaningful addition to a stylish interior.
