Print Shop FAQs
What makes these prints limited edition quality?
Each limited edition giclée reproduction is made to order on premium Hahnemühle Photo Rag® 308gsm matt white paper, printed in a Hahnemühle Platinum Certified Studio.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Because each artwork is uniquely made to order, I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind. Every print ordered is individually produced, trimmed and packaged specifically for you by my professional printing partners. For this reason, all sales are final once production begins.
What if my print arrives damaged or defective?
If your order is damaged in transit or arrives with any printing defects, please get in touch within 14 days of delivery at hello@emilyhadley.co.uk. Please include a description and clear photographs of the damage, and I will gladly arrange a complimentary replacement for you as quickly as possible.
Where do my prints ship from?
I partner with three exceptional professional labs located in the UK, US and Germany. Your order will automatically be routed to the printer closest to your delivery address to ensure the fastest delivery time and the lowest environmental impact.
What countries do you ship prints to?
Limited edition prints can be shipped to the UK, US, EU and any country within the European Economic Area (EEA).
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
No. Because my prints are produced and shipped locally within your region, there are no import duties or unexpected customs fees on prints purchased within the UK, US or Europe.
How long does delivery take?
This streamlined local printing process ensures that your order will be produced, securely packaged and delivered to your doorstep in just 6 to 10 days.
