Ivo has a heart riveted to his chest and the word ‘dance’ stamped on his leg.

Soldered copper sheet and copper wire, overall Ivo is 22cm wide by 14cm tall.

Please be aware that tiny dancers are for ornament only. They are incredibly delicate, sharp in places and will not stand up to being outside or played with by children. Because they are made from copper, they will tarnish over time but can be cleaned and polished if required.

For those who don’t know, I am also a silversmith who makes handmade jewellery and decorative pieces under the guise of Hadley & Hammer at my home studio in Devon.

I play with different media including metalwork and print to create unique, versatile pieces with the aim of bringing joy to the wearer and emphasising the need for arts in society.

My style is a natural development of a variety of interests and influences but often reflects my enjoyment of abstract art with a focus on shape and texture.
 

I aim to dispatch pieces within three working days. Delivery as described below or collection in person from No.13 in Torbay.

All work is safely packed. Delivery will fully insured and made by Royal Mail, DHL and specialist fine art couriers. I will liase with you to arrange a delivery time and provide a tracking number where relevant.

International postage costs
