Camilla is an established abstract landscape painter known for her sensitive and layered interpretations of the natural world. Raised on a farm in mid-Wales, Camilla has fostered a lifelong connection to the rugged landscape. Her formal training includes a BA (hons) in Embroidery from Manchester College of Art & Design and this foundation in textiles later influenced her distinctive style.
Camilla’s paintings are deeply inspired by the ever-changing layers of land, sea and sky. She is fascinated by the depth of colours and patterns found in nature. Her work is characterised by a signature technique of mark making and combining dense and transparent layers to create a compelling sense of depth and atmosphere.
Her sought-after works have been shown in galleries and exhibitions both across the UK and internationally, building a strong base of private collectors.
